Ready Player One? The CBSO is looking for instrumentalists and vocalists aged 11-18 to take part in our latest Project Remix.
In Spring 2023, Project Remix will be celebrating the music from our favourite video games including Super Mario Bros. and Civilisation. Participants will be mentored through weekly rehearsals by a team of CBSO musicians before a live performance at Symphony Hall, Birmingham.
Project Remix is open to instrumentalists and vocalists who are Grade 5 standard or above. There is no audition, but musicians need to apply online. Applications for this Project will be opening in October 2022 and will be open until Sunday 4th December 2022. The project will be running in Spring 2023.
Project Remix is free of charge to participants, thanks to generous support from The Roger & Douglas Turner Trust and The Leverhulme Trust.
