BCMG Learn and Take Part – Summer 2024

 

 

BCMG Learn & Take Part offers a range of free opportunities for young people of all ages and experiences to create their own music at CBSO Centre, Birmingham. Have a look at what’s on offer.

Music Maze (KS2): Creative and informal composing workshops, led by Director of Learning, Nancy Evans and BCMG musicians. All our workshops are fully booked until the autumn – to be added to our waiting list please email learning@bcmg.org.uk.

BCMG Young Composers (KS3): Our Summer programme is a collaboration with the Lapworth Museum of Geology. The young composers will be inspired by objects from the museum. All our workshops are fully booked until the autumn – to be added to our waiting list, please email learning@bcmg.org.uk.

Creative Composers Lab (KS4 & 5): Spaces are available here for next term’s composing workshops for young people aged 14-18. Join us for a day of composing music inspired by Anime films for a BCMG trio, led by composer David Horne.
Sunday 30 June, 10am-6pm
