BCMG Creative Composing Lab is a free Sunday workshop which takes place each term for young people aged 14-18 (Years 10-13). In the Spring, young people will spend the day composing for a trio of BCMG musicians, led by professional composer David Horne.
If you love creating music or you need ideas for your GCSE, BTEC or A-level composition, Creative Composing Lab is for you.
Participants need some music notation skills. At the end of the workshop day there will be a performance music created during the day for family and friends. The concert will also be recorded and shared after the event.
We are no longer able to support zoom participants for these workshops so you must be able to attend in person.
